MET Services was established in 1986 to provide a business lifeline to our clients globally. We are a small company that specialises in "performance and change management" programs that are supported by individual coaching. We partner with or clients on a long term basis to impact their bottom line results by lifting the performance of senior executives and all team members. We "baseline & benchmark" on-line each person to track performance.

Michael has been CEO and Vice President of two USA based Companies. He has degrees in Economics, Education and a Masters in Management and Organisational Development. Michael trains and accredits Business Coaches "How to Coach", Facilitate Coaching Training Workshops and ensure Corporate Mentors\Coaches adhere to the methodologies to lift their performance skills. He has coached over 1,500 executives, senior and middle managers across the Finance, Banking & Investment, Accounting, Legal, IT and Transport corporations. Currently he works with clients in New York, L.A., Chicago, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Singapore as well as all capital cities in Australia.
